"Not much help for everyday parents"
I thought this site was going to help me figure out what to actually do at home, but it ended up being frustrating. A lot of it felt like the same basic advice I’ve already seen in parenting groups, and at times I couldn’t help wondering if they were making it vague on purpose so you’d keep clicking around or need something extra later.
Maybe it’s useful for some parents, but I needed clear, practical steps for normal daily chaos, not a bunch of long explanations that don’t really tell me what to do next. For my family, it just didn’t feel worth it.
"Really supportive and encouraging"
I felt genuinely helped and encouraged the whole time. I was a little unsure at first, but the support made a big difference. Did anyone else feel that same initial hesitation before things started feeling easier?

"Useful info, but not as easy as promised"
There’s definitely some helpful information in here, but it wasn’t as easy to use as they made it sound. I expected it to be more straightforward, but I had to dig around a lot to find what I actually needed. Some sections felt cluttered or harder to read than they should be. It’s okay overall, but I was a bit disappointed because it didn’t really live up to what was promised

"I just didn’t really "trust" the advice"
Something about the advice felt a bit "off" to me, and I didn’t feel like I could fully rely on it. It just didn’t give me much confidence.

"A little progress, just slower than I expected"
I got this hoping it would really help my son pick up more words, and he did learn a few, which was encouraging to see. That said, the progress was a lot slower than I was hoping for. It wasn’t a total miss, but I expected a bit more improvement by now.

"Felt way too basic for what they charge"
I really wanted to like teachmetotalk.com, but the courses felt thin. A few videos were useful in the beginning, but after that it started feeling like the same basic advice getting recycled over and over.
The materials were just okay, and some of the handouts looked like a sloppy afterthought. I had to reread a few things because the instructions weren’t that clear, which was frustrating when I expected something more polished.
Maybe this works for total beginners, but for me it felt like overpriced beginner fluff. For the money, I expected deeper lessons, better organization, and not something that came across like a low-effort cash grab.

"Didn't really help my late talker"
I was hoping this would be more useful for my little one, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. Maybe I wasn’t using it the right way or maybe it just wasn’t the right fit for us, but it didn’t really help with my late talker.

"This felt like a good deal for..."
This felt like a good deal for us. I can’t prove it or anything, but it seems like something that would cost more elsewhere. Overall, we’re happy with the value

"Helpful tips we actually used"
This had simple therapy ideas that were easy to try at home, and they helped a lot. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for practical tips you can actually use day to day...

"Easy to Find What I Needed"
I was expecting to spend a while clicking around, but everything was laid out really clearly. I found the videos and guides quickly, and they were simple to follow without feeling overwhelming. It made the whole process a lot smoother than I thought it would be.

"Pretty hit or miss for me"
I’m an SLP, so I went into this hoping for something a bit more practical and in-depth. it was a mixed bag. Some of the tips were decent and easy to understand, but a lot of it felt general and didn’t really get into real assessment or how to adjust for individual needs. For the price, I expected more substance. I can see some parents appreciating the simple, straightforward style, but from a professional perspective, it was more miss than hit for me

"Some parts were hard to follow"
I really wanted to like this, but the explanations were kind of confusing at times. It’s hard to describe, but some tips clicked for me while others felt like they needed simpler examples or a little more context. I ended up rewatching a few parts, which got frustrating after a while. Not awful, just not as clear as I’d hoped.

"Hard to make it work at home"
I really wanted this to be helpful, but actually using the tips in our everyday routine was a lot harder than I thought it would be. It all sounded straightforward while I was reading it, but once real life got involved, I kept getting confused and second guessing what I was supposed to do next. I gave up faster than I expected. I also didn’t really feel like reaching out to customer service because, i never fully trust that they’ll give a useful answer and not just some generic response.
